The Real Web Solutions office will be closed for the holidays as of 5:00 PM EST on December 22, 2014  and will resume regular business hours on January 5, 2015 at 9:00 AM EST.

During this period tickets and systems will be monitored for critical issues.   Our Team will promptly respond to all other inquires upon their return to the office on January 5th.

To submit a Support Ticket:

Login to your Real Web Solutions CMS6 account and select ‘Create New Ticket’ on the home page. You can also access our Online Manual from within your Real Web Solutions CMS6 Account
Click on your name in the upper right corner then select 'Contact User Assistance'.  You can create a new ticket by clicking 'Create Ticket' in the action bar along the bottom of the screen. 
Please keep in mind that contextual help is available on each page of realigin through ? on the bottom right of each screen.
